bio

LCG is a Chicago-based interdisciplinary artist. Their work is a byproduct of reflecting on the human experience through direct engagement. Fact and abstract thinking combine to express the elusive nature of meaning in a world of incomplete information. They intentionally weave drawing, writing, and performance in order to communicate the multiplicity of interpretation. Due to the shifting nature of the work, LCG has shown at a variety of locales, including music venues, nightclubs, DIY spaces, and galleries. They have curated multiple group shows and are a published writer.  In 2024, their first solo show, Reflections in a Dark Room, opened at SITE/less in Chicago.
